A good C1910 Bb clarinet made by Jules Henry of Besançon in the original but sympathetically restored case.

According to the Rousellet/Watel Golden Book of the French Clarinet (Livre d'Or de la Clarinette Française, 2012), Jules Henry of Besançon was a stencil name C. 1910 for clarinets made by Adrien Thibouville of Ivry-la-Bataille. (in French)
Langwill lists a J Henry Besançon who carried on business in Lyon. Succeeded in 1868 by Marc Jandard.

This fine clarinet has the integrated barrel, it has been completely overhauled using premium Pisoni leather pads, corked speaker key for better venting, bore oiled and set up to excellent playing order.

Whilst comparing this to the Buffet integrated barrel, this has a milder tone and no noticeable intonation issues.

Ideal for the collector and occasional player.
