Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser once we have delivered them. Upon receiving your item please sign for as Unchecked, therefore if the item has been damaged in transit it can be claimed off the courier.

We can only deliver goods to the same address to which the credit/debit card
used to pay for the goods is registered, except in cases where payment has been made by cheque, postal order or bankers draft, and the funds have cleared fully against our account.
Shipping is available to the majority of destinations around the globe and despatch upon receipt of payment and always forward the relevant tracking details.

In the unlikely event of damage in transit, claims should be made within 48hrs
of receipt and non delivery within 28 days, or insurance may have expired. If insurance is not paid as quoted it is at the buyers risk with international transactions.
Any instrument can be reserved for 7 working days with no commitment to purchase, If you require a longer hold this would be chargeable at 15% per month, this is non refundable and part of the instrument purchase.
All serviced, overhauled or restored Woodwind instruments are offered with a 12 month guarantee.
All serviced, overhauled Brass instruments are offered with 3 month guarantee.
This means that if an instrument develops a fault during this period that affects its playability it will be repaired free of charge.
Sorry, but this has to exclude damage to cases, lacquer, plating, fair wear and tear, accidental damage, bending of key work and carriage charges.
There are no guarantees on instruments sold "as is" for spares, repair or refurbishment.
There is no restocking fee when exchanging for a similar or higher priced item, in this case you are only responsible for any difference in price and the postage charge. However, if you are simply returning one without exchange the return shall be subject to a £5.00 restocking fee. Postage costs are non refundable.
We ask you to use a tooth patch and tape to protect them from ligature and tooth marks during the trial. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are returned containing tooth marks, scratches or chips due to improper care/handling during the trial period
Approval Period & Returns.
All serviced and overhauled instruments are sent out with 7 working days approval for all Customers, this is with the customer paying the full amount due. If within this period the customer decides to return the item, then the following terms apply.
The instrument must be returned to us in the same condition as received, with no alterations or damage to instruments or cases.
The instrument must be returned via a fully insured tracked service.
Upon receipt, once the instrument has been checked and no problems found, we shall make a refund of the purchase price, this shall be issued via the method of payment.
If items are returned within the approval period they shall be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to the shipping price which is from £15.00 - £50 dependant upon the size of instrument and location sent.
For walk in sales. We welcome visitors by appointment if they wish to try prior to buying, in the event that one is chosen and is then returned within the agreed approval period a re-stocking fee of 2.5% of the purchase price shall be charged.
All returns outside of the UK must be clearly labelled to include original documentation of sale, this is to avoid any incorrect import duties, we reserve the right to deduct any such charges off refunds from non EEC countries.
Late returns may include a 10% handling charge.
No returns can be accepted if sent by UPS any longer due to issues.
Repairs within the Guarantee period.
If any instrument has to be returned for repair due to fault within the guarantee period, this must be sent direct to us so that we can inspect it. If found faulty, it shall be repaired with no cost to the customer. Any faults found through dropping or accidental damage are not covered and shall be chargeable at a very competitive rate.
This only applies to instruments purchased from us.
